How your plan works
Billing day. You pay for your first box today. After that, every plan bills on the 11th of the month.
Monthly. $39.99 each month until you skip or cancel.
Prepaid (3, 6 or 12 months). You pay for all the boxes in your term today. When your prepaid boxes run out, the plan renews for the same term at the same price on the 11th, unless you cancel first.
Skipping. Skip any month from your account before the 11th.
Cancelling. Cancel anytime from your account. Cancelling stops future charges. Charges already made are not refunded, and boxes you have already paid for still ship.
