Welcome to Saturday Book Society ("we," "us," "our," "the Society"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.saturdaybooksociety.com (the "Site") and your purchase of any subscription box, one-time product, or membership we offer. By placing an order, joining our waitlist, or accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1.1 Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a subscription or make a purchase on the Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

1.2 Our Products Saturday Book Society is a monthly subscription box featuring a curated rom-com title, which may include an exclusive reversible dust jacket, a hand-signed bookplate, a coordinating bookmark, interior illustrations, and other collectible extras as described on our product page. Contents are subject to change month to month based on the featured title and are not guaranteed to be identical to items pictured on the Site or in past boxes.

1.3 Waitlist Because each box is produced in limited quantities to maintain quality, membership may be waitlist-based. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a spot in a given month's box. We will contact you at the email provided when a spot becomes available.

1.4 The Clubhouse Active subscribers receive access to The Saturday Clubhouse, our members-only online community. Use of the Clubhouse is subject to our community guidelines (available within the Clubhouse). We reserve the right to suspend or remove access for members who violate those guidelines, harass other members or authors, or misuse the space.

1.5 Pricing All prices are listed in USD unless you have selected a different regional currency at checkout. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time; existing subscribers will be notified in advance of any price change taking effect on their account, per our Subscription & Cancellation Policy below.

1.6 Intellectual Property All content on the Site — including artwork, custom cover designs, photography, and copy — is the property of Saturday Book Society or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Book contents remain the property of their respective authors and publishers.

1.7 Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saturday Book Society is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your subscription, beyond the value of the applicable order.

1.8 Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
