Subscription & Cancellation Policy

4.1 How Your Subscription Works Saturday Book Society is a recurring monthly subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method $34.00 USD (or the equivalent in your selected currency) on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel, skip, or your order can no longer be fulfilled.

4.2 Billing Date Your billing date is set based on the date you first joined and will recur on approximately the same date each month, unless that date falls outside a given month, in which case it will bill on the closest available date.

4.3 Skips We know life happens — subscribers can skip any month's box at no charge if that month's trope or title isn't for you. Skips must be selected through your account dashboard before your next billing date. Once a charge has processed for a given month, that month can no longer be skipped or refunded under this policy.

4.4 Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard, or by emailing hello@saturdaybooksociety.com. Cancellation will stop all future charges. Cancellations must be received before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month — cancelling after a charge has already processed will not refund that month's box.

4.5 Price Changes If we change subscription pricing, current subscribers will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance of the new price taking effect on their account. Continuing your subscription after that date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

4.6 Waitlist Members If you're on the waitlist rather than an active subscriber, no payment will be charged until a spot opens and you confirm your subscription.
